Leadership training programming
Our school provides various co-curricular activities to all students, most of the S.6 students would take the leading role to organize activities for the juniors. The objective of this Leadership Training programme was to promote their leadership skills and organization through multiple tasks. It is cooperated with YMCA Chai Wan centre.
We were glad to invite Mr. Albert Wong Kin Hing, Eastern District Councillor, to give a talk about leadership. He shared his own experiences in organizing activities in his school life. In addition, the coordinators provided some lectures to students on emotional management. Besides having lectures, students also experienced the work as a leader by different group tasks.
At the end of the programme, students shared their opinions and comments to the attendants while teachers and social workers provided suggestions for further improvement.
