CFSS Teacher conducted a Le Cordon Bleu Lecture for HKAGE
Our school teacher, Ms. Chan Ching Ki, previously graduated from Le Cordon Bleu (Brisbane branch) with a specialization in pastry. In addition, she is also an alumna of The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE). She delivered a lecture on food science as part of STREAM education, focusing on the scientific principles behind baking baguettes and molecular cuisine.
