Joyful Parenting Programme 2025-2026: Mental Health Talk
On 21st March 2026, 27 proactive parents joined us for an insightful session dedicated to family well-being. The workshop blended expert advice with hands-on relaxation techniques, focusing on three key pillars:
- Supporting Our Children: Parents engaged in a deep dive into identifying and managing mental health disorders in children, gaining practical tools to provide the right support at home.
- The Mind-Body Connection: We explored the inseparable link between mental and physical health, highlighting how a balanced lifestyle creates a stronger foundation for emotional resilience.
- A Sip of Serenity: To wrap up, everyone enjoyed a hands-on session crafting homemade herbal tea bags—a simple, natural way to bring a moment of calm into a busy parent’s daily routine.
