CFSS Teachers in Full Strength

In the run-up to the new academic year, CFSS teachers actively involved themselves in a Staff Development programme concerning crisis management.

Mr. Lam Yuk Wah, Peter, a renowned co-host of a popular radio phone-in programme, was invited to share his experience in dealing with the mass media in the event of a crisis. The session was enlightening and enjoyable.

Mr. Lam started with an interactive lecture. Then teachers threw themselves enthusiastically into group discussion and role-play to handle tough cases, ranging from bullying and theft to food poisoning and sexual harassment. With immediate feedback from the speaker, teachers gained a good grasp of the basic skills, and their sense of collective responsibility and team spirit was also revitalized.
