領袖訓練講座系列四 ─ 與鄭李錦芬女士對話

On 23rd May, Mrs Eva Cheng spoke honourably to the Leaders of Tomorrow, providing an inspirational conclusion to the whole lecture series on Leadership Seminars.

Besides her elaborate career experience (such as the Chairman of Amway China, the Regional CEO of Amway in Greater China, and the Senior Vice President of Amway Corporation), Mrs Cheng is very active in community and public services. In 2008, she was ranked as one of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women by Forbes.

During her talk, titled “Dancing between the Dragon and the Eagle”, Mrs Cheng traced the differences between China and the US as implied in the two national emblems. She delightfully encouraged two distinctive mindsets when students might cooperate with the two peoples.

After this talk, we have acquired a better understanding in both the two different cultures, and greater confidence in cooperating with different types of people.
