二零一二至一三年度馬蹄蟹校園保姆計劃
為加強學生對自然生態的保育意識，本校參加了由香港海洋公園所舉辦之「馬蹄蟹校園保姆計劃2012-13」，並由九名中三及中四同學組成保育核心小組，照顧活化石馬蹄蟹(中國鱟)，並提高其他同學對馬蹄蟹保育的關注。同學將飼養由海洋公園於二月中運送到本校的數十隻馬蹄蟹，直至七月才將長成的馬蹄蟹放生。小組同學要接受訓練，除參與一月十二日（星期六）的第十八屆海洋公園保育日外，亦出席香港城市大學簡介會、參觀養殖實驗室及學習飼養馬蹄蟹幼兒，我們熱切期待馬蹄蟹幼兒的來臨！各位同學，快快加入我們保育馬蹄蟹的行列吧！
