17/18年度中二級專題研習簡報日

17/18年度中二級專題研習簡報日於三月六日於禮堂順利進行。本年度研習之主題為「關愛世界」。是次簡報日是以一整天進行,全級共二十五組均有機會在台上透過話劇和簡報形式向評判、老師、家長和同學們分享他們的研究成果。當中研究題目的範圍甚廣,有關於環境和健康問題的,如研究馬鈴薯作為治療癌症藥物的可能性,使用微生物製造紡織物料的可行性及防藍光鏡片的成效;也有一些研究是探討中國傳統文化和香港社會現況的,如探討二十四節氣對於農業活動的重要性,小西灣社區有否為長者提供適切的照顧和服務及使用葡萄柚皮來製造手機外殼的可行性等。本校科學教育顧問柳啟瑞博士,助理校長郭軼峰老師和陳凱琪老師擔任嘉賓,就報告的內容向各參賽隊伍提問並給予他們的寶貴意見。  本年度的專題研習簡報會頒發了多個獎項,當中E1組勇奪本學年「最佳專題研習獎」總冠軍及「最佳專題研習獎」科學獎,D1組贏得「最佳專題研習獎」亞軍的及「最佳專題研習獎」人文學獎,C5組獲得「最佳專題研習獎」季軍,B5組亦獲得「最佳專題研習獎」殿軍,E3組則獲得「最佳簡報獎」。另六名優異獎得獎者為E2組、B2組、A5組、D2組、C4及E3組。得獎名單如下:
