National Security Education in CFSS
"The National Security Education Day" aims at raising the public awareness of national security, creating a positive atmosphere of safeguarding national security, enhancing the capacity to prevent and avert national security risks, deepening the public understanding of the Constitution, the Basic Law and national security, and fostering a sense of national identity.
Thankful to our Moral & Civic Education Team, we are honored to have District National Education Ambassadors Mr. Bun Lau, Dr. Edi Wong, Mr. Bernard Wu and Principal Ho Tik Shun to conduct the thematic seminar on Country's National Education in Distance Education Learning Centre 10 April 2025 (Thu) to all CFSS students and teachers through video broadcasting. The seminar lets us have a better understanding of the importance of national security to the country, to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and to every Hong Kong citizen, and every member of the public shall perform their civic duty and work together to safeguard national security.
The District National Education Ambassadors interacted with our students after the seminar through campus tour to the Panda Library, Director Xia Baolong's Book Donation Corner of our School Library, the China Resource Centre, the Chinese History & Culture Room, as well as the National Security Education Exhibits at the covered playground. This showcase our school's devotion to promoting national education, national security education, and Chinese history and culture in school. Rooted in Chinese culture, CFSS students are well equipped to establish a more brilliant and prosperous future.
