Several CFSS students were awarded Certificates of Outstanding Students at the CMG Youth Writers Programme
The inaugural graduation ceremony for the China Merchants Group "Hong Kong Youth Writers Class" and the "Celebrating the Return to the Motherland" Hong Kong Secondary School Writers Club took place on June 28 (Saturday) at The Chinese Foundation Secondary School. Established in July of last year, the "Hong Kong Youth Writers Class" saw participation from 21 secondary schools across Hong Kong, engaging over 2,000 students. The program features a blend of small class instruction, special lectures, and hands-on literary creation, earning high praise from the Education Bureau of the HKSAR Government and gaining popularity among both teachers and students.
The school actively promotes literary writing, with many CFSS students receiving Certificates of Outstanding Students. Two students, Chu Ho Wang (S.4A) and Han Siu Yu (S.3A), were specially invited to share their thoughts during the ceremony.
