JC InnoPower Fellowship Enhancement-Based Learning (EBL) Projects
Principal Ho, along with Mr. Chow Kin Sun and Ms. Chan Ching Ki, participated in the JC InnoPower Education Fellowship Programme, bringing valuable insights to the school and elevating CFSS to new heights.
A survey was distributed to all staff to gather their opinions on school development and improvements. It also assessed their motivation to engage in innovative projects. To foster leadership development within our school, we established a mentorship program that pairs experienced teachers with newer colleagues, organized into seven groups. This initiative was designed to create a collaborative environment for mutual growth. Each mentor-mentee group identified and worked on innovative projects focused on professional development, campus enhancement, student learning, or community engagement.
Additionally, they took part in a Day Camp on 19 January 2026 to encourage critical thinking and discussion. Ultimately, these improvement projects would support the Framework for the Future (FFF) for CFSS and benefit the entire school community by enhancing future readiness.
