JC InnoPower Education Fellowship Programme - Study Tour to Stanford University

Initiated and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the JC InnoPower Education Fellowship is a 15-month talent and sector development program, co-created with The Education University of Hong Kong and in collaboration with the Center to Support Excellence in Teaching (CSET) at Stanford Graduate School of Education.

Designed for school principals and leaders, the program offers deep exposure to global educational trends while strengthening their adaptive leadership capabilities to navigate the evolving challenges in the education landscape. Through intensive coaching support and seed funding for driving change, its training model establishes a vibrant Community of Practice, where experienced innovation coaches and educators collaborate and share expertise to foster school innovation and cross-institutional collaboration.

Principal Mr. Ho Tik Shun, together with Mr. Chow Kin Sun and Ms. Chan Ching Ki, took part in the study trip to Stanford University from April 25 to May 3. They aim to bring back valuable insights to their school community and elevate CFSS to new heights of excellence.
