Sister School Visit: Tsinglan School
On 25th May, 2023, Principal Mr. Ho Tik Shun and consultant Principal Mr. So Yui Hung led a delegation of The Chinese Foundation Secondary School teachers and staff to visit our sister school in Dongguan, Tsinglan School. We were thankful for the warm welcome by Deputy Principals Ms. Lara Lin, Mr. Bruce G. Hammond, Ms. June Li and Mr. Aui Zhao. Our delegation visited the well-equipped and unique school campus, and conducted an academic exchange with their teachers and students.
The management team of Tsinglan School introduced the school’s vision, curriculum and activities. Our School Principal Mr. Ho Tik Shun also shared our school’s areas of major concerns, STREAM activities and global awareness activities, etc., to enhance the mutual understanding. Through the campus tour, we got to know more about the facilities and operation mode of international schools in China. After lunch, our delegation was arranged to attend lessons in various subjects, and conducted exchange with teachers after the lessons.
This tour was the first face-to-face exchange activity after the epidemic. Through the exchange, the two schools were able to understand each other’s characteristics and lay the foundation for future exchanges between teachers and students of sister schools.
