Mr. Illugi Gunnarsson’s family visited CFSS

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Illugi Gunnarsson from Iceland as our newest International Mentorship Programme Advisor. In mid-November, Mr. Gunnarsson and his family had the pleasure of visiting CFSS. We are honored to have his daughter, Ina, as a visiting student at CFSS for a week, allowing for valuable interaction and cultural exchange with our students.

During their time here, our students, along with Ina and her family, had the opportunity to explore several iconic learning sites together. These included the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware, the Hong Kong Palace Museum, and Tai O. It was a truly enriching experience for all involved.

Additionally, Madam Einarsdóttir graciously delivered a lecture to our S3 students on Icelandic culture and landscape. The knowledge and insights shared during this lecture were greatly appreciated.

To further deepen our connections, Mr. Gunnarsson's family also joined us for a luncheon with S.1 parents. During this event, Mr. Gunnarsson shared his vision of education and how it can best prepare our students for the future.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Illugi Gunnarsson and his family for their valuable contributions to CFSS. Their visit has undoubtedly enriched the educational experience of our students, fostering a greater understanding and appreciation of different cultures.
