Transdisciplinary Connections in Sustainable Ocean in HK Baptist University
Our seventy S.3 students and teachers had a contented and joyful visit to the Exhibition “Transdisciplinary Connections in Sustainable Ocean” on 12 Nov 2024 (Tue) in HK Baptist University. The Exhibition had showcased 22 booths featuring student ideas from Division of Transdisciplinary Undergraduate Programmes (DTUP) on promoting a sustainable human-water relationship, with the targeted SDG 14 “Life Below Water”. After the Exhibition, our students were honored to attend a lecture delivered by Dr. Patrick Y.K. Yue (Senior Lecturer, Associate Programme Director for BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology) titled “Small Things, Giant Impacts – Microplastics 101”, and realized the importance on reducing plastic consumption for the sake of human health and the nature.
