Hong Kong Student Science Project Competition 2011 Singapore Exchange Tour

Five S.2 students were sponsored to take part in the Hong Kong Student Science Project Competition 2011 Singapore Exchange Tour from 8th to 12th August 2011. The programme included visits to several museums and institutions including the Science Centre Singapore, Marina Barrage, Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore Discovery Centre, National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Being one of the Hong Kong delegate teams, our students presented their project “Electricity from Waste by MFC” to students in River Valley High School and had an intellectual exchange with them on science and culture.

  • Attending talk on atomic physics given by forefront scientists from the National University of Singapore

  • Students are excited by the specimens in the museum in the National University of Singapore.
