Joyful Parenting Programme: Be a Smart Parent of CFSS
We believe that life-long learning helps parents master parenting skills and self-improvement. In view of this, the school is organizing "Joyful Parenting Programme 2021-2022". Through a series of talks and workshops in different themes, parents will be equipped with positive parenting skills which empower them to cope with different challenges in establishing harmonious parent-child relationship. Parents who join this Programme will be awarded with certificates at the end of the school year.
The first parents' talk with the theme "Be a Smart Parent of CFSS" was successfully conducted online via Zoom meeting on 25 Feb 2022. Mr. Chung Lai Bon, Head of ICT Department and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) accompanying his team member, Ms. Lau On Yu, gave a lively talk to the parents and demonstrated how our students engage in a study through different online learning platforms. More than 50 parents joined this talk and 17 of them participated in the interactive game designed by Ms. Lau via Nearpod and Kahoot. Mr. Chung, in the second part of the talk, shared some hints to parents on developing their children’s IT literacy.
