A Path to Scientific Research: Student Science and Creative Workshop
The Science Department and the Science Club, totalling 24 teachers and students, participated in the “Science and Creativity Workshop” organized by the Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association Science Invention Centre on 14 September 2012. It was our greatest honor to have Dr. Jimmy Wong Kam-yiu, Centre Director, to share with us “SCAMPER” Creativity Strategies, followed by a visit to the Exhibition Hall. The workshop shed light on creativity, the basic skills of invention and proper scientific writing skills. Students had acquired a lot from the workshop, paving their way for Scientific Research in the future.
