CFSS Students Received Commendation in the Prominent Student of the Year Awards
This year, SCMP along with The Hong Kong Jockey Club has continued one of the most prestigious annual secondary school events - The Student of the Year Awards, aiming at recognizing and encouraging Hong Kong’s young leaders of tomorrow. There are nine different categories, namely Visual Arts, Linguistic, Community Contribution, Sports, Science and Mathematics, Performing Arts, Best Improvement, Best Devotion to School and Grand Prize. 3 CFSS students have received prizes in the event. Sin Ting Yan (S.5B) and Jia Feng Yuan (S.6D) received Merit Award in Performing Arts and Linguistic (Putonghua) Category respectively. Chan Sze Wai (S.6E), being shortlisted for 3 years in a row in this competition, was recognized in the Merit Award in Linguistic (Cantonese) category. This is the second time that she obtained this award.
