Peer Counsellor Summer Mindfulness Training Workshops
To enhance student’s emotional health and reduce their stress, the Counselling Team is going to promote Positive Education and Mindfulness in the school year 2021-2022. Peer Counsellors have joined a Summer Training Workshop (18 hours in total) provided by the LevelMind@JC – St. James’ Settlement in order to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills so that they can lead mindfulness exercises in small groups of schoolmates next year.
